Slowroom Brussels, the unmissable event for Slow Fashion, is seeking designers and fashion brands for its next edition, to be held from 7 to 9 March 2025 at MAD Brussels. This unique platform offers an exceptional opportunity for brands to gain exposure and network, while promoting responsible fashion by highlighting the creativity and excellence of Belgian and Brussels-based ethical fashion players.
For its 4th edition in the capital, and for the second time in a row, Slowroom Brussels will welcome designers and the public in the heart of the Dansaert district, at MAD Brussels, the city’s center for fashion and design. Slowroom Brussels offers designers the chance to participate in a major event, promoting awareness of sustainability issues through an impactful exhibition. Slowroom Brussels is the first Slow Fashion and Upcycling fair in Brussels, aimed at promoting Belgian sustainable fashion designers. This project creates a physical platform for exhibitions and gatherings, highlighting values such as material revaluation, environmental and social concerns, local excellence, and creativity. As a fair, it brings together sustainable fashion enthusiasts, with exhibitors showcasing their worlds and inspirations in a warm, sharing atmosphere. Slowroom Brussels is a celebration where art, music, sustainability, and awareness merge to reshape the future of fashion.
The selected candidates will be chosen based on how well they meet defined criteria. Each criterion will be assessed objectively, considering the reality of the profession and reflecting the values of inclusion, sustainability, and innovation shared by MAD Brussels and Slowroom Brussels.
Fashion: This is a fashion event (for adults), focusing solely on fashion and accessory brands.
Sustainable & ethical approach : Slowroom Brussels promotes fashion based on Slow Fashion values, prioritising ethical production linked to environmental and social issues.

The jury for the selection process will be composed of a team representing the collaboration between MAD Brussels and Slowroom Brussels.

Dates : Friday 7 March to Sunday 9 March 2025
Stands: Paid exhibitor booths, from 270 to 450 euros excluding VAT, with mandatory presence for all three event days.
Public access & pricing: Entrance fee for the public is €7, with a separate ticket price for Saturday evening concerts.
